Shipping & Exchanges
Ready to Ship orders are processed within 3 days of placement.
When your order is shipped you will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t locate it, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will re-send it to you.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Standard not tracked packages are not covered by theft, lost or misplaced by Canada Post.

Please be aware that international charges (such as customs duty) may occur. Blueberri is not responsible for these charges.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love our products. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a Return/Exchange Request within 10 days of receipt. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We do not provide refunds.
Returns/exchanges are accepted on regular priced merchandise that is in brand new condition (not worn or washed with tags still attached).
Please send an email to email@example.com and include your invoice number and the reason for your exchange request. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours confirming the exchange, along with the address to ship your items to. If making an exchange, be sure to indicate the item/size/ colour needed. If you would like to return an item but do not want to do an exchange, we will issue you an online store credit once we receive the item(s) back.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will not be responsible for reimbursing any shipping fees. Please provide us with a tracking number when making a return/exchange as we do not assume responsibility for delayed or lost packages.
Please note that all sale items are final sale.
We stand behind all of our products. If you find that an item you have purchased online is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. There is a 10 day return policy for all damaged items, and we’d be more than happy to replace the item for you. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the damage (photo attached) and your invoice number.
If a package is returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping it. We will contact you for the correct address and you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges before we can resend the package again.
If delivery is refused by recipient or package is unclaimed, we will not issue an exchange unless the package returns back to us and shipping fees are paid again.
All of our products are sold in Canadian dollars.
Canadian customers pay the appropriate GST/HST based on their province at the time of checkout. There is only 5% tax charged on children’s clothing.
Shipments sent outside of Canada pay no sales tax.
